Tuition is assessed on an annual basis and tuition rates are based on the school's budget requirements. Book fees are included with tuition.

Payment Plan
For the convenience of our families, the tuition fee is divided into eleven payments, which are due on the 1st of each month from July through May. Tuition is considered late if it is received after the 5th of the month and a 10% penalty is assessed unless prior arrangements have been made with the Business Manager.

*A parishioner is a registered member of St. Joseph, St. Mary of the Visitation or Our Lady Queen of the Universe parishes. Because the parishes subsidize the school, the tuition rate for students who are members of these Catholic parish families is less than for the students who are not members of any of these Catholic parishes.


Tuition - Pre-Kindergarten (4 year old) Program

Parishioner rate: $4,028/annual ($403/10 monthly payments)
Non-Parishioner rate:
$5088/annual ($509/10 monthly payments)

Supplies fee: $100


Registration Fee
The registration fee for the 2008/2009 school year is $125 per child (Currently enrolled students who re-register before March 1st pay $100). This is paid at time of registration and is non-refundable.


Science & Technology Fee
The science and technology fee for the 2008/2009 school year is $100 per child. This fee is due on June 1st.
 

Lunch Fee
Holy Family School operates a USDA lunch program. The cost for lunch is $2.50 per day for a hot lunch which includes a salad/fruit bar and milk or juice. Milk or juice purchased separately is $.50 per day. We prefer that lunch orders and payments be made by the month, on or before the first Monday following receipt of the menu. The payment will generally be $50.00/month (based on a 20 school day month). Orders and payments will also be accepted on each Monday for the current week.


Before & After School Care Program Fees
Before School Care is offered each morning from 7:00 - 7:30am. After School Care is available from 3:00 - 6:00pm each day. The fee listed is the annual rate based on the number of children in the family. It is payable monthly from August through May on the first of the month. It is considered late after the fifth of the month and is subject to a 10% late fee.

In order to qualify for this rate you must sign a contract agreeing to make monthly payment on the date indicated. Drop-in rates for After School Care are $3.00/hour per student with a maximum of $6.00/hour per family. The cost for Before School Care is $2.00 per student/per day.
